UTRO
We invite you to participate in the youth forum «UTRO» of the Ural Federal District, organized by Rosmolodezh.Forums. «UTRO» is a unique forum in Russia, which changes its location every year within the UFD. In 2025, «UTRO» will be held in Tyumen, in an urban setting, at various youth and public venues. The event will gather more than 500 participants aged 14-35 from across Russia. These participants include young managers and professionals from large and medium-sized companies, as well as students and activists from the Movement of First Ufa and other regions in Russia.
The Forum is designed to help young professionals develop the skills and abilities they need to achieve their career goals. During the event, participants will learn about opportunities for growth in their country, explore current labor market trends, and discover modern work methods. They will also have the chance to learn from the experience of professionals from large companies. Additionally, participants can contribute to the creation of a knowledge base for future professionals.
The forum will also include events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Participants can participate in volunteer activities and other socially significant events. There will be opportunities for creative and recreational activities, as well as sightseeing tours of the city’s infrastructure and local businesses.
