The results of the All-Russian youth educational forum «SHUM» of the ’Rosmolodezh.Events’ platform, which came around from October 4 to November 1, 2024 in Svetlogorsk, were summed up.
This year the forum structured around four educational programs, each designed to meet the specific needs of a distinct unique target audience and address a focused area of expertise.
The final event was the closing ceremony, during which the results of the educational program «SHUM. Journalism of Industry 5.0» were also summed up.
The forum’s partners and customers, comprising government and public organisations, commercial companies and corporations, were thanked for their contribution. A total of 54 tasks were generated from 47 customers. During 4 educational sessions, teams of participants created marketing strategies, websites, photo, video and other content, and offered various solutions to the tasks set before them. Following the forum, 64 solutions were successful and were adopted by customers in their work process, and were also included in the post-support program.
Following the forum, the work of teams, whose results were well received by customers and require further development before a full release of the product for use in workplace, will continue in the format of post-support. Those who take part will be offered internships and special agreements to enable to continue working on projects. The best participants also received an offer to participate in production programs from the Year-Round Youth Educational Center of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs «SHUM».
The organizers of the All-Russian Youth Educational Forum «SHUM» are the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) and the Government of the Kaliningrad Region. The general partners of the forum are the State Corporation Rosatom and the VK company.
