Forum of social calling
The Dobrino All-Russian Civil Society Development Forum will be held in Khanty-Mansiysk from September 9 to 14, 2025.
The Forum is the flagship project of the Dobrino Academy for the Development of Civil Society. In 2025, it will bring together 500 participants from all over the country — representatives of non-profit organizations, government authorities, businesses, educational institutions, mentors and leaders of public initiatives aged 18 to 35 years.
Each participant will be involved in the discussion, design and creation of ideas. You will leave the forum with ready—made tools and a clear understanding of how to develop civil society around you — in your country, region, team or community.
There are five areas of interest for participants at the forum this year:
- Service as a profession is about how to make social activity a driver of professional development. Participants will analyze successful practices, study corporate strategies in the field of service, and develop guidelines for creating social programs.
- NGOs and public organizations — about the sustainable development of the non-profit sector. Participants will explore support mechanisms, interaction with government and business, and identify growth points for their own organizations.
- Ministry Training is a partnership between schools, universities, NGOs, and businesses. The program includes successful cases of students’ social activity, new formats of internships, grants and volunteer practices.
- Civil society is for those who are involved in the processes of patriotic education, self—government and the preservation of cultural heritage. Here, an active civic position and awareness of a personal role in the fate of the country are formed.
- Parenting: Family and Mentoring is about how to form civic responsibility through family values and mentoring. Participants will develop joint volunteering projects, study the best parenting practices and create methodological manuals
