XIII Working Youth Forum

The XIII All-Russian Forum of Young Professionals of the Rosmolodezh Platform will be held in Perm from July 2 to 5, 2025. The event will bring together over 400 young professionals, leaders of youth councils from companies, and representatives of various professional communities aged between 18 and 35.

The goal of the forum is to promote working professions and technical specialties in key sectors of the economy, exchange experience and knowledge, and promote professionalism, creativity, and respect for work through public recognition. The theme of the event in 2025 is «The Man of Work,» emphasizing the importance of labor education, youth’s contribution to the development of the country, and fostering a respectful attitude toward work and workers.

The program of the forum includes strategic sessions, thematic lectures, seminars, business games, masterclasses, entertainment events, and a grant competition organized by Rosmolodezh Grants.
