Young people aged 14 to 35 whose professional and personal interests correspond to the topics of the forums can become participants in the 'Rosmolodezh.Events' forums. The forums are open to citizens of the Russian Federation and young people from other countries. Registration for a number of forums is also open to people over 35 years old, for example, the Forum of Social Mission "Dobrino" and the "Silver" Volunteers Forum.

Rosmolodezh forums will be held in 27 regions of Russia in all federal districts from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka.

Participation is free of charge.  

However, travel expenses from places of residence to places of forums shall be paid by the sending party or by personal funds, unless otherwise provided by the Forum Regulations. The forum as the host party will cover the costs of accommodation and meals.

The sending party may be a federal subject of the Russian Federation represented by a Regional Executive Authority in the field of youth policy (further - REA), educational organizations and employers. Contact details of REA can be found in the FSAIS "Youth of Russia" using the link.

A grant competition is being held at the Rosmolodezh forums, where everyone can present their own socially-oriented project. All participants receive valuable feedback from experts. The winners of the competition will receive financial support to implement their initiatives. Details about the requirements, nominations and fields can be found on the website.

Forum volunteers must register and compete for selection in the Unified Information System "Volunteers of Russia".

Registration opens 4 months before the forum starts. The forum lasts 4-7 days on average. You can always make plans in advance. The forum will be the most vivid memory of your summer and leave a lasting impression and offer a chance to participate in unique events.

You can attend the forum not only as a participant but also as an expert, tutor, and moderator. For that purpose please send your CV to forum@fadm.gov.ru. In the subject line, specify "On Cooperation" and tell us which forum you would like to go to as an expert and why.

Choose a forum with a certain theme-based link that meets your professional competencies and interests. There is a large entry for some forums, but it is always worth trying, and then the lucky ticket will be yours!

You can choose the topics you are interested in through filters. A special test "The Forum You Like" developed in conjunction with the project-aggregator "Other Business", is available for platform users. Once you have responded to the questions, you will receive a personalized email containing a selection of forums tailored to your interests.
